Susan & Chloe Noosa is a mother-and-daughter boutique established on the Noosa coast in 2001. For 25 years, Susan and Chloe have chosen every piece by hand — guided by one belief: every woman deserves to feel beautiful and completely at home in what she wears. We are not a corporation. We are not a warehouse. We are two women who built something real, and we are looking for someone who wants to be part of it.
The Role
Operational Support — E-Commerce & Customer Experience
Part-time or Full-time · Remote · Immediate Start
We are growing faster than the two of us can manage alone. We need someone steady, organised, and genuinely warm — someone who can step into our daily operations and help us run this boutique the way it deserves to be run.
What You Will Be Doing
- Responding to customer enquiries via email and social media — with care, clarity and a tone that reflects who we are
- Managing orders, tracking shipments and handling returns
- Supporting our social media — scheduling content, engaging with our community
- Monitoring and updating product listings on our Shopify store
- Coordinating between suppliers, fulfilment and the team
- Flagging issues before they become problems
What We Are Looking For
- Clear, warm written communication
- Organised — able to hold multiple things without dropping any
- Experience with Shopify or Meta Ads is a real advantage
- A strong sense of ownership — you treat this business like your own
- Available across Australian business hours, at least part of the week
